这道菜是崇高的。我没有感到惊讶other review of it. The tartiness of the buttermilk makes this an excellent complement to any sweet dessert. I served it with a flourless chocolate cake. I also layered the compote into the bottom of the ramekin with a few slivered almonds and then top off with buttermilk. It did set up, but it was creamy (the way I like it), so kept in ramekin and served on the side. EXCELLENT.
