What cook doesn’t like having fresh herbs on hand? We certainly do, and since herbs don’t stay perky and green for long, the promise of this “herb keeper” boosted our hopes. We put the container to the test and were pleasantly surprised at how well it preserved our herbs, which stayed fresh and bright for weeks in the fridge. It’s easy to use; just add water to the indicator line, submerge the herb stems, and replace the lid.
