Food on Paperis a wonderful Australian blog written and photographed by a food-loving gal namedNatashia. She always comes up with recipes that are beautiful, seasonal and simple, like thisZucchini, Pea and Mint Frittata.
Natashia’s frittata combines cubes of zucchini, sweet green peas, salty, slightly tangy feta cheese and plenty of fresh mint. All of these ingredients are suspended in a cloud of fluffy, slightly crisped egg. The great thing about a frittata, as she quickly points out, is that you can literally put in any combination of ingredients that you prefer.
Some other seasonal favorites might include asparagus, pancetta and fresh ricotta. Cherry tomatoes, basil and parmesan will always work. Or how about fava beans, roast chicken and morel mushrooms? Head on over to Food on Paper for more gorgeous, simple recipe ideas that you can jot down on paper too.
