  • 1-1/2 fl.oz. (3 Tbs.) gin
  • 2 or 3 dashes celery bitters (such as The Bitter Truth brand)
  • 2 or 3 dashes elderflower liqueur or maraschino liqueur
  • 4 or 5 mint leaves
  • 1 cucumber slice
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Tonic water

Preparation

  • Put all of the ingredients except the tonic water in an ice-filled highball glass, stir, and then top with tonic water.
