Menu Timeline
One Day aAhead:
- Make the black-eyed peas for the pork belly. Cover and refrigerate.
- Roast the pork belly, cool to room temperature, and refrigerate.
- Bake the pound cake and glaze when completely cool. Cover the cake and store at room temperature.
