I was looking for a pork tenderloin recipe that wasn't sweet or spicy and this was it! I have tried it multiple times and, in response to the review about it being watery--I can attest that it depends on the pork quality. The recipe is easy and comes out amazing. I didn't use as much garlic either, and it came out wonderful. It's been a Keeper when I'm looking for a nice weeknight dinner.
