  • 1/2 cup watermelon chunks, seeded if necessary
  • 1/2 fl. oz. (1 Tbs.) St-Germain
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • Prosecco

Preparation

  • Purée the watermelon in a food processor until smooth; strain. You should have 2 fl. oz (1/4 cup) juice.
