This dinner for four is kid-friendly not just in terms of tastes:sweet-and-tangy Asian-style meatball wrapsthat are fun to roll up and eat with your hands andtoasted almond wonton crisps. But the recipes practically invite participation and cooking from kids, whether it’s just adding ingredients to their own wraps, orsprinkling sesame seeds on the rice, or helping make the wonton crisps by brushing on the egg whites and sprinkling with the almonds. And when dinner’s all over, there are very few pans to clean up, just a few baking sheets. So more family time!
